Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 6, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Paddle, our Merchant of Record and payment provider. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and refund operations on our behalf.
1. Refund Eligibility (Pay-As-You-Go Credit Purchases)
1.1 Full Refund (Within 14 Days & Unused Credits)
You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
- None of the purchased credits have been used.
In this case, the order will be refunded in full and the purchased credits will be removed from your account.
1.2 No Refund (Used Credits or After 14 Days)
No refund will be issued if:
- Any portion of the purchased credits have been used (credits represent irreversible AI computing costs); OR
- More than 14 calendar days have passed since the original purchase date.
We do not offer partial or prorated refunds under any circumstances for Pay-As-You-Go credit purchases.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Credits that have already been used (these represent irreversible AI computing costs).
- Bonus, gifted, or promotional credits (including free trial credits).
- Taxes, payment processing fees, or currency conversion discrepancies.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you may:
- Contact Paddle directly at paddle.net using the link in your purchase receipt. Paddle's automated system will identify your transaction and process eligible refund requests.
- Email us at support@streetscape.ws and we will assist you with your refund request through Paddle.
Once approved, card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days. PayPal refunds are generally completed within 48 hours. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Subscription Cancellation
If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining portion of an active billing cycle. Cancellation does not delete your account — your account will be downgraded to the free tier.
5. Service Discontinuation
If we discontinue the Service, we will provide advance notice and a refund for any prepaid, unused credits.
6. Anti-Fraud
We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent refund activity. Any user attempting to abuse the refund process through false claims or chargeback fraud will have their account permanently terminated.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Revisions will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
